The Reproductive Process

Reproduction is a complex process and requires many things to go right. A woman must be able to release an egg from one of her ovaries and the egg has to be able to travel through a fallopian tube to the uterus.

The man’s sperm must then join the egg somewhere on the trip to fertilize the egg and the fertilized egg has to attach to the inside of the uterus. When you are infertile, the process needing to take place can be interfered with and cause you problems with infertility.
